3 cups Black Diamond Premium Reserve 2 Year Aged Cheddar, grated
1 cup Cambozola cheese, grated
1 cup tomato soup, undiluted
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
- Combine all ingredients except wine into a saucepan.
- Cook under medium heat, stirring continuously until cheese is melted and ingredients combined.
- Add sherry.
- Transfer to fondue pot and serve.
